What is a TikTok Business Center?

Before diving into ads, it’s important to understand the TikTok Business Center and how it works alongside the TikTok Ads Manager.
Think of the TikTok Business Center as an umbrella for all your business assets. It houses everything from your TikTok Ads Manager account(s), TikTok profiles, users, employees, and even ad performance data. With a TikTok Business Center, you can also control permissions, share assets, and manage multiple ad accounts in one place. This makes it an essential tool for businesses of any size.
When Should You Use TikTok Business Center?
If you manage more than one ad account, have a team handling your ads, or plan to collaborate with agencies or other partners, setting up a TikTok Business Center is a great idea. It simplifies the process of granting access to your ad accounts and helps you manage permissions securely. Even if you’re a small business, it’s helpful for scaling your ad operations in the future.

Step 4: Add Team Members to TikTok Business Center
If you have team members or agencies working on your ads, you can add them to your TikTok Business Center:
- Go to the Members tab and invite new users by entering their email address.
- Set their permission level – admin, standard, or custom permissions.
- Once they accept the invitation, they can help manage your ads, assets, and campaigns.
Step 5: Set Up a Product Catalog (for E-commerce)
If you run an e-commerce business, you can connect your product catalog to the TikTok Business Center:
- Follow TikTok’s guide to link your e-commerce platform and create a catalog.
- Once connected, you can manage your product listings and ads all within the TikTok Business Center.
